Influenza Vaccinations

DFES Circular 41/2022 outlining DFES' reimbursement for Volunteers influenza vaccinations

Claim form if you wish to have an influenza vaccination and seek reimbursement from DFES
If you are over 65 the influenza is free from your GP and no further action is required.
If you wish to claim please complete the re-imbursement form and email to me. (Maximum reimbursement is $20.00) It is a word document and can be filled out online. (Don't forget to include your bank account details).
Whitfords Marine Rescue will reimburse you then claim back from DFES at the end of June 2022.
Please note that any vaccinations must be undertaken before 30 June and your claim returned to Steve Thomas no later than 30 June 2022.
